Rasel Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between the business using Rasel ("you") and شركة رؤى الذكاء الاصطناعي للحلول الرقمية ذ.م.م (ROAA Artificial Intelligence for Digital Solutions LLC) ("ADEX", "we"), registered in Amman, Jordan (Reg. No. 81000, National No. 200211608). By creating a Rasel account or using Rasel you accept them, and you confirm you are authorised to accept them for your business.

Rasel is software that lets businesses connect their own WhatsApp Business, Facebook Page and Instagram accounts and manage customer conversations, message templates and team access from one inbox. Rasel uses Meta's official APIs; ADEX is a Meta Tech Provider.

• The WhatsApp Business Account, phone numbers, Pages and Instagram accounts you connect belong to your business, not to ADEX. You can disconnect them at any time.
• Meta charges for WhatsApp messages are billed by Meta directly to your business according to Meta's pricing. ADEX does not resell or extend credit for Meta messaging.
• Messaging limits, template approval and account quality are decided by Meta. Rasel shows them but cannot change them.

You must:

• Comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, WhatsApp Commerce Policy, Meta Platform Terms, Messenger and Instagram platform policies, and applicable law.
• Only message people who have given you the consent required by those policies, and honour opt-out requests promptly.
• Respect the 24-hour customer service window: outside it, send only Meta-approved templates on WhatsApp, and on Messenger/Instagram only human-agent replies where Meta allows them.
• Not send spam, unlawful, deceptive or harmful content, or use Rasel to get around Meta's limits or enforcement.
• Keep your team's login credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.

We may suspend an account that breaches these rules or that Meta restricts.

You own the content of your conversations and the contact data in your account. You give us permission to process it only to provide Rasel to you, as described in the Rasel Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to share your customers' data with us.

Rasel subscription fees are those shown in the app or agreed in your order when you subscribe. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Meta's messaging charges are separate and paid to Meta.

We work to keep Rasel available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Rasel depends on Meta's platforms; changes or outages on Meta's side can affect it. We will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce the service.

The Rasel and ADEX names, logos and software belong to ADEX. These terms give you a limited, non-transferable right to use Rasel while your account is active; they do not transfer ownership.

To the extent the law allows, ADEX is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, or for actions taken by Meta on your accounts. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for Rasel in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using Rasel and close your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms or where required by Meta or the law. After closure, your data is deleted as described in the Rasel Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The courts of Amman have jurisdiction over any dispute.
