How to request deletion
Email info@adexjo.com with the subject "Data deletion request". Include the email address or phone number you used with us, and tell us what to delete (for example an enquiry, a newsletter subscription or a job application).
If your request is about an ADEX product (for example Rasel), see that product's data deletion page.
What happens next
- We confirm we received your request within 3 business days.
- We may ask you to confirm your identity before deleting anything.
- We delete the data within 30 days and confirm by email, unless the law requires us to keep part of it; if so, we tell you what and why.
Unsubscribing only
To stop marketing emails without deleting other data, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or reply asking us to unsubscribe you.
