If your business uses Rasel
- To stop Rasel receiving new data from a channel, disconnect it from Rasel settings. You can also remove Rasel from your Meta Business Suite under Settings → Integrations (Business Integrations).
- To delete your whole account and all its conversations, contacts and access tokens, close the account from Rasel settings, or email info@adexjo.com from the account owner's email address with the subject "Rasel data deletion request".
If you messaged a business that uses Rasel
The business you messaged controls your conversation. Ask that business to delete it, or email info@adexjo.com with the subject "Rasel data deletion request" and include your phone number or Messenger/Instagram name and the business you messaged. We will forward your request to the business and act on its instructions.
What happens next
- We confirm we received your request within 3 business days.
- We may ask you to confirm you own the account or phone number.
- The data is deleted within 30 days and we confirm by email, unless the law requires us to keep part of it; if so, we tell you what and why.
